This is the same exact setup that I run on every engine build or car that we modify at the shop. The internal passages are drilled out to 3/8", and the drivers side port is drilled out to 1/2" to match a 10AN internal diameter. Dual 10AN bungs are then welded on to the exterior, copper oil scrubbers are installed inside the baffling, and everything gets sealed back up.
If you select powder coating, everything is disassembled prior to coating, and thoroughly cleaned/reassembled after so no media gets stuck in any baffling.
