Manley H-Beam Rods - NA/NB Miata

If you're aiming for more than 250 horsepower, it's time to replace the factory connecting rods. These Manley H beam rods are forged from 4340 steel for the 1.6 and 1.8 engines in the NA and NB Miata.

Rods are sold as a set of four. If you need a single rod or a different quantity, reach out and I'll take care of it.

They come with ARP2000 rod bolts. Torque them to Manley's recommended value.
